US Department of Energy

• The Department of Energy's site provides information on how to use energy more efficiently in your home. EERE leads the Federal government’s research, development, and deployment efforts in energy efficiency.

DSIRE

• A database of state incentives for using energy-efficient products. The mission is to accelerate the use of renewable energy sources and technologies in and through state and local government and community activities.

EFI

• Energy Federation Inc. sells energy efficient products. EFI believes that increased energy efficiency and energy conservation do not necessarily require sacrifices in people's quality of life.

Energy Star

• Energy Star offers advice for buying energy efficient products and appliances, and cutting electrical and energy costs. Energy Star is a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy helping us all save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices.

TIAP

• The Tax Incentives Assistance Project provides information on using federal income tax incentives for energy-efficient products. TIAP is designed to give consumers and businesses the information they need to make use of the federal income tax incentives for energy efficient products and technologies.
