As a general contractor, I go through quite a bit of utility blades. I use them for almost everything, ranging from cutting and installing drywall, to cutting pieces of vinyl siding. When I was in high school we had a woodshop class. It was actually pretty interesting. I remember we would make airplanes and clocks and benches. My favorite project was when we made a bench. It folded and everything. I remember I was so proud of myself. Steel toe boots are a great thing to have while working in your workshop. They are a protective shoe that is designed with a steel inset that protects and cover the front part of the foot. What you would usually use them for is if you are working with heavy stuff. This way if you were to drop it on your foot, it wouldn't hurt. I really wanted a little workshop for myself and I didn't know where t start. I just want a little space for myself and my tools. This is how I started. First I looked some stuff up on the internet. I found all kinds of stuff. I fist went to the lumber store and got my wood. I just got some plywood because of the cost. So I found some plans on the web and found just the right one. This isn't really something to help you in your workshop. But I have an idea for you to make something in your workshop that will help you in your home. If your like me, you tend to get pretty busy on some days and its hard to predict when you will be home. You always have that thought in your mind, "my dog is probably starving, I've been gone all day!"
