Do you work a full time job and can't afford to eat out everyday? Well thats how I am. So I searched the web a little to see what I could find. I want to start packing my lunch but I don't want all junk food and I want it to fill me up.
For the main course of the meal you need a sandwich or something. So maybe a ham and cheese sandwich with some soup. Or what I really like is the macaroni and cheese that comes in a cup, you just pop it into a microwave and ta da! It's always nice to have something that you can eat warm. It always seem to feel a little more filling when your eating something warm.
For my munchie I usually like to have maybe chips or pretzels. To be on the healthy side maybe some chex mix or carrot sticks. Also maybe some cut up fruit or fruit salad. You want to make sure you're getting some of your healthy food in for the day.
For dessert, I like a little sweet of some sort. Its good to eat some fruit though, so maybe make some kind of sweet dessert with it like some apples and caramel. That would be good. Just mix and match a little. But I know I save a lot of money pacing my lunch. So to put an extra few bucks in your pocket, try something new and pack a lunch.
